1. General Shipping Information

At usfirstbrand.com, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and efficient manner. All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment centers as quickly as possible, typically within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

We ship to addresses within the United States and offer international shipping to select countries.

  • Shipping Time: Varies based on selected shipping method and destination (see below)

  • Orders placed after 2 PM (local warehouse time) may be processed the following business day.

  • Domestic: We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses (some restrictions may apply).

  • International: We currently ship to select countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at versorallc@gmail.com for assistance.


6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us at versorallc@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will investigate the issue and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund.

For damaged items, please include photos of the item and packaging.


9. Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately to attempt corrections before the item ships.
